With all services we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this. Deliveries to the following locations may take up to two working days longer: The Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, Northern Ireland

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excuding Bank Holidays). When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox. You can also check the status of your order if you have created an account.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking information is provided for all delivery services. You will receive an automated dispatch email containing your tracking information. Alternatively you may track your order here.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

We are not responsible for any customs charges that your country charge you, for ordering outside of your country. This is not a charge that we can foresee as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Once dispatched please note that most parcels will reach their destination within two weeks, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.

WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

UK Deliveries will be made between 8am-8pm Monday to Saturdays (this excludes bank holidays). If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel, the courier or postman will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

MY PARCEL IS LATE OR MISSING

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date it’s also worth checking few things first.  If no one was at home to receive the parcel or if the item was too big to put through the letterbox, the postman will usually attempt delivery of your item to one of your neighbours and will post a  card through your letterbox telling you this. Check in any safe area’s the courier or postman may have left your parcel, such as in a porch or garden shed as is usually the case.

Any uncollected or undelivered items will be ‘returned to sender’ (our warehouse).

I HAVE MISSED MY DELIVERY

In most cases a “Something for You” or “Missed Delivery” card will be left at the address advising you how to collect your parcel. Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up to date tracking information. (Sometimes they do forget to put a card through the door).

If your parcel is returned to us, because of problems accessing delivery address or incorrect address was provided, you will be charged for re-delivery or you may request a cancellation.

ITEM MISSING / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Please check your email notification, as it maybe that your order has been “part-fulfilled” and further items have a longer delivery date. If you receive the wrong item then please contact us.
