Return Policy

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not accept returns for refund but we do offer exchanges on eligible items in accordance with our exchange policy within 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered. We simply ask that when you receive your product, you try it on OVER undergarments or a vest. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be returned.

Refunds are not given under any circumstances. The company will only exchange the product for another item that the customer chooses.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Upon removing your product from the packaging for the first time, a strong latex odour or smell maybe apparent, but this soon wears off. The latex panels may also come with a white or powdery film on it, as well as glossy or oily patches, however these are not a sign of item being used, dirty or defected. These products arrive like this from the factory, in order to help protect the latex. The products may also have glue residue marks on seams.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

To maintain quality standards of our product, ALL returns undergo vigorous testing and inspection. All items returned must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging, complete, containing all its parts and accessories (e.g. internal brand label, hook and eye fasteners, straps, boning, etc.)
  • Both the original packaging and the product must be in perfect condition.
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items
  • No bending of the internal boning
  • Be unused, unworn and unwashed with no marks, stains or signs of wear including evidence of make up, fake tan, perfume, tobacco smoke or laundry detergent
  • Original swing tags still intact. Any evidence of removal or tampering with the swing tags will render the item exempt from return
  • The customer’s original proof of purchase must be included (invoice)

Goods returned which do not conform to the above requirements will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

We will process your exchange or store credit within 7 working days of receiving your return and will email you to advise once it has been processed.

If you have not received any communication from us after 7 working days, please contact us with your order number and details of the items returned. Unidentified parcels may be kept at our warehouse until we receive a follow up from the customer.

 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

For reasons of hygiene the following items are non returnable:

  • Gels & Creams
  • Compression items with a crotch area i.e Bum Lifters, Body Shapers
  • Sale items

    POSTING BACK

    Please print and complete this Returns Form to be enclosed inside your return parcel. Customers must obtain proof of postage; failure to do so may result in the company being unable to process the return, therefore a trackable service is recommended.

    Returns are made at the customers expense – postage costs are non-refundable.

    On orders that had FREE DELIVERY, £3.00 will be deducted from your item price to cover our delivery costs (unless your return is faulty).

     

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

    International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates.

     

    CANCELLATION

    You will be able to cancel, or amend, an order at any time by e-mail, as long as the product has not been shipped yet. Once the product has been shipped, no changes are possible.

     

    WHOLESALE / DISTRIBUTOR ORDERS

    All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange on wholesale priced / distributor orders. Please ensure these orders are checked thoroughly prior to commencing payment as once paid for, we cannot accept amendments or cancellations.

     

    FAULTY ITEMS

    Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to reject or return a faulty item within 30 days. If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty item, please contact us advising of your name, order number and a brief description of the fault. We will need to ask a few questions regarding the wear and care of the product.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

    We will not refund or exchange the product;

    We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional costs to cover redelivery of the product.
